The term that the client has to notify any incident caused by manufacturing defects is 2 months from the time he becomes aware of it. After our study and confirmation, we will proceed to repair or replace the item, always at the customer's choice, when it is technically possible and it has been notified within the established deadlines.
The customer has the right to return the order within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from its delivery. Personalized or made-to-measure orders cannot be changed.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and return costs will be paid by the customer. We will take care of the replacement of the product as well as the shipping costs as long as they are defects of the product and not due to misuse, or improper handling or failures from knocks. Likewise, we will accept the refund of the money if the shipment of the repaired part is not required or the item cannot be exchanged for any reason.
